MODERN VINTAGE DENIM SERIES

温故知新の精神を大切にしているBITBLUEが柔軟な発想と高度な加工技術により生み出したモダンヴィンテージデニムシリーズです。ヴィンテージデニムの自然な色落ちや風合いを現代の加工技術で高度に再現しながら、BITBLUEの新たな解釈を加えることで、現代にフィットしたデザイン性、シルエットに仕上げているのが特徴です。ヴィンテージの雰囲気を大切にしながら、BITBLUEオリジナルのデザインやテイストを追求したシリーズです。

REPRODUCT DENIM SERIES

別々の加工を施したデニムを解体し、再構築（ドッキング）したBITBLUEの得意とするリプロダクトデニムシリーズです。通常の古着を解体してリメイクする作業とは違い、それぞれを一度縫い上げたものを解体し、ドッキングするという通常のリメイクと比べて何倍もの時間と労力、工程を要して作られています。リメイクアイテムは、サイズを均一に同じものを作ることが困難ですが、リプロダクトデニムシリーズはリメイクの雰囲気でありながら、製品全てが均一なサイズとクオリティで仕上げることが出来るのが最大のメリットです。

3D DENIM SERIES (JAPAN MADE)

BITBLUEを代表する3Dデニムシリーズは
”アウトシームとインシームをねじる"という発想から生まれました。身体構造に合わせてパターン（縫い目）をねじることでフロント、バックスタイルに独時の立体感が生まれ、従来のジーンズでは表現できないオリジナリティ溢れるシルエットが特徴です。また生地には本藍染めの糸を使用した日本製のデニム生地（12.5oz）を使用することで、通常の合成インディゴにはない深みのある青と色落ちもしづらい特徴があります。素材にオーガニックデニムを使用し、洗いも極力水の使用を控えることで、環境に配慮しました。日本の熟練した職人によって丁寧に縫製されたBITBLUEの中でも最高品質なデニムです。

MODERN VINTAGE DENIM SERIES

This is a modern vintage denim series created by BITBLUE, which values the spirit of learning from the past and using advanced processing technology. The natural fading and texture of vintage denim are highly reproduced using modern processing techniques, while a new interpretation of BITBLUE is added to create a design and silhouette that fits the modern times. This series pursues BITBLUE's original design and taste while valuing the vintage atmosphere.

REPRODUCT DENIM SERIES

This is BITBLUE's specialty reproduct denim series, which is made by disassembling and reassembling (docking) denim that has undergone different processing. Unlike the normal process of dismantling used clothing and remaking it, it takes many times more time, effort, and process than a normal remake process, in which each item is sewn once, then dismantled and then docked. It is difficult to make remade items of uniform
size, but the biggest advantage of the reproduct denim series is that all products can be finished with a uniform size and quality, even though they have the atmosphere of a remake.

3D DENIM SERIES (JAPAN MADE)

BITBLUE's signature 3D denim series was born from the idea of "twisting the outseam and inseam." By twisting the pattern (seams) to match the body structure, a unique three-dimensional effect is created on the front and back styles, and it features a silhouette full of originality that cannot be expressed with conventional jeans. In addition, by using Japanese-made denim fabric (12.5oz) using genuine indigo-dyed thread, it has a deep blue color that is not found in regular synthetic indigo, and is resistant to fading. We are environmentally friendly by using organic denim as the
material and using as little water as possible when washing. This is BITBLUE's highest quality denim, carefully sewn by skilled Japanese craftsmen.
