1998年「LUNA MATTINO」チーフデザイナーを経て株式会社アサツキデザインエンターテインメントを設立。自身がデザイン制作する「MOOD et MOON MODE et MOON」をスタート。2005年東京港区海岸にフラッグシップショップ&プレスルームをオープンし、ユニセックスブランド「androgynous」及びエンタテインメントブランド「THEATRE COSTUME HISTORY」を創設。ライフスタイル全般にわたる事業を展開する。シェイクスピア作品の舞台を始め、東宝「ミュージカル エリザベート」「音楽劇ライムライト」、二期会オペラ「ラ・トラヴィアータ」「トゥーランドット」など独自のブランドイメージに沿ったエンターテインメントに、衣裳デザイン・制作として参加。現在、演劇ビジネスのトレンドである2.5次元ミュージカル等数多くの舞台衣裳のデザイン・制作も手掛ける。また輝きを失いつつあるファッション業界に対し奉仕と恩送りの思いが芽生え、2009年より戸板女子短期大学服飾芸術科で専任教授として10年間教授し、2021年名誉顧問となる。2020年の千葉県富津市移住を機に、本社も富津に移転し社名をLUNAMATTINO･STUDIO（株）に変更。「富津市の文化的で豊かな生活の実現」に貢献できることを目的に、その環境を鑑みて、業務内容はファッション＆エンタテインメント部門に加え、ライフスタイルスペース部門を拡充し、今後は、現在隠れている富津の魅力をビジュアル化並びに言語化することをライフワークとする。

Mr.Shinjiro ASATSUKI established ASATSUKI DESIGN ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd. in 1998 after his carrier as the chief designer of ”LUNA MATTINO”, and started “MOOD et MOON MODE et MOON” in which he himself works as a designer and producer.
In 2005, he opened a flagship shop and press room in Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and founded the unisex brand “androgynous” and the entertainment brand “THEATER COSTUME HISTORY”.
In addition, he has developed his business all over life styles so far.
As a costume designer and producer, he has taken part in the theatrical entertainments from Shakespeare to Toho’s “Musical Elisabeth”, “Ongakugeki(musical drama) Limelight”, and Nikikai Opera “La Traviata”, “Turandot” that are fit for his unique brand image.
He is currently engaged in designing and producing of a lot of stage costumes including 2.5D musicals that are the new trend of commercial theatrical performances.
Furthermore, as a sense of help and “paying it forward” in the fashion business losing its brightness has been developing in his mind, he had the experience of teaching at Fashion Design Department of Toita Women’s Junior College as a full-time professor for ten years since 2009, and then has been a honorary advisor since 2021.
At the same time he moved to Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture in 2020, the headquarters were relocated to Futtsu as well, and the company name was changed to LUNAMATTINO STUDIO Co., Ltd. In order to contribute to “the realization of a cultural and rich life in Futtsu City”, Lifestyle Space Department has been expanded in addition to Fashion & Entertainment Department in view of the environment. Now his lifework is visualizing and verbalizing the secret charm of Futtsu.
