16H25Mは、東京・文京区に工場を構えるスタジオ型アトリエです。 デザイン・パターン・縫製を社内で完結し、企画段階から試作・仕様調整・サンプル制作までを一貫して進めながら、ブランドの意図や世界観を、丁寧にプロダクトへ落とし込んでいます。 また、生産管理（進行管理・仕様管理・品質管理・納期管理）まで含めて伴走し、開発から量産工程へも、無理なくスムーズにつながる体制を整えていきます。また今年はパリに子会社を設立し、国内での制作体制を軸にしながら、海外拠点との連携も活かしたサポートを広げていく予定です。 素材提案から工程設計まで、ブランドごとの思想に合わせて、柔軟に伴走します。

16H25M is a studio-style atelier based in Bunkyo, Tokyo, with its own in-house production facility. We handle design, pattern making, and sewing entirely within our studio, allowing us to work seamlessly from concept to prototype, specifications, and sample development—carefully translating each brand’s vision and philosophy into the final product. We also provide hands-on production management, including scheduling, specification control, quality assurance, and delivery management, ensuring a smooth and realistic transition from development to bulk production. This year, we are establishing a subsidiary in Paris, expanding our support by connecting our Japan-based production expertise with an international presence. From material sourcing to process design, we work flexibly alongside each brand, shaping the best possible path from idea to finished product.
