宇野 和佳（Kazuyoshi Uno）

アパレル業界にて17年以上、販売・店舗運営・バイイング・マネジメントに従事。
2007年より都内セレクトショップにてキャリアをスタートし、複数店舗での販売経験を経て、2012年に店長・バイヤーへ就任。80名以上のスタッフマネジメント、売場改装、欧州での仕入れ、プライベートブランドの企画開発など、現場から経営視点まで幅広く経験する。

2024年に独立し、株式会社服売戯殿を設立。
現在は、国内外デザイナーズブランドの販売支援・POPUP運営・営業代行をはじめ、ファッション業界における人材育成・教育事業を展開。ファッション専門学校にて「ビジネスプレゼンテーション」の講師を務めるほか、香港のショールームディレクターとしても活動している。

「良いクリエイションを"楽しく正しく売り"次につながる構造をつくる」ことを軸に、
ブランド・クリエイター・売場・顧客を編集し、継続可能なファッションビジネスの実装を行っている。


Kazuyoshi Uno

With over 17 years of experience in the apparel industry, Kazuyoshi Uno has been engaged in sales, store operations, buying, and team management. He began his career in 2007 at a select shop in Tokyo, gaining hands-on experience across multiple stores before being appointed Store Manager and Buyer in 2012. His expertise spans managing teams of over 80 staff members, overseeing store renovations, sourcing in Europe, and developing private-label products, bridging on-site operations with a strong managerial perspective.

In 2024, he founded Fukurugiden Co., Ltd.
Today, he provides sales support, pop-up store operations, and business development services for both domestic and international designer brands. In parallel, he is actively involved in education and talent development within the fashion industry, serving as a lecturer in “Business Presentation” at a fashion vocational school, while also working as a showroom director in Hong Kong.

Guided by the philosophy of “selling great creations in a way that is both enjoyable and true to their value, and building structures that lead to the future,” he curates and connects brands, creators, retail spaces, and customers to implement sustainable fashion business models.
