エスモード・ジャポンでアパレルデザインの基礎を学び中退後、国内外のパーティに出席し独学にてドレスを研究。2003年展示会形式のセレクトショップ＜HOLLY＞を開始。パーティオーガナイズやイラストレーションアーティストMASSHIMO POLVARA展開催等、作品の形態を問わず国内外の様々なアーティストと交流を持ちプロデュースを行う。2005年ドレス専門ブランド「ICANDY」（アイキャンディ）をスタートさせ都内百貨店や有名セレクトショップにて展開を開始。2025年よりブランド名を「ICANDY」から「Linaco Ishihara」へ改め、環境への負荷に配慮したサステナブルなラグジュアリーブランドとして発表をスタートした。また、ファッションデザイナーの枠を超え、社会貢献活動の一環として、行政とともに子育て支援と女性活躍推進イベント「Beautiful Mother Park」を開催し、2016年７月に静岡市より感謝状を授与。2019年よりイベントを通じて「SDGs未来都市」横浜市とともに＜ママと取り組むSDGs＞をテーマにママと子供たちへ「持続可能な開発のための2030アジェンダ」の普及活
動を行なっている。

After studying the fundamentals of apparel design at ESMOD Japon and subsequently leaving the program, she attended parties both in Japan and abroad, teaching herself about dress design through independent study. In 2003, she launched "HOLLY," a select shop featuring an exhibition-style format. She engaged in production work and collaborations with diverse artists—spanning various creative disciplines—on projects ranging from party organization to hosting exhibitions for illustration artist Masshimo Polvara. In 2005, she established "ICANDY," a brand specializing in dresses, and began retailing at department stores and renowned select shops in Tokyo. In 2025, she rebranded "ICANDY" to "Linaco Ishihara," relaunching it as a sustainable luxury brand committed to minimizing environmental impact. Beyond her role as a fashion designer, she has actively engaged in social contribution; notably, she partnered with local government to organize "Beautiful Mother Park," an event promoting childcare support and the empowerment of women, for which she received a letter of appreciation from Shizuoka City in July 2016. Since 2019, she has collaborated with Yokohama City—a designated "SDGs Future City"—to raise awareness of the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" among mothers and children, centering her efforts on the theme of "SDGs in Partnership with Moms."
